The 24 Hour Citizen Project is an organization in Lafayette, Louisiana that facilitates ideation for local community projects. Every year, multiple months of work culminates in our Big Event which sees teams with their own, unique projects pitching their ideas to a team of backers who decided which projects to fund. As part of a fundraising effort in 2024, we created "Sparky": a mascot of sorts to visualize the inspiration we all feel from listening to these project ideas. A tote bag and sticker with Sparky were created and sold at the event. A short animation was also created to play as teams prepared to start their pitches.
